燒爇（而拙反杜注左傳云爇燒也蒼頡篇云然也說文從火蓻聲蓻音藝）。

燒爇 (The second character has the fanqie 而拙. Du's commentary on the *Zuo zhuan* says: "Ruò (爇) means to burn (燒)." The *Cang Jie pian* says: "To burn (然)." The *Shuowen jiezi* states that it derives from 'fire' (火) with 蓻 as the phonetic. The sound of 蓻 is 藝).
