開尃（撫無反孔注尚書尃尃布也說文從寸甫聲經作𢾭通俗字）。

開尃 (The second character has the fanqie 撫無. Kong's commentary on the *Book of Documents* says: "Fū (尃) means to spread out (布)." The *Shuowen jiezi* says: "It derives from 'inch' (寸) with 甫 as the phonetic." The sūtra writes 𢾭, an acceptable popular character).
