鵂鶹（許牛反下力周反字書鵂鶹鈎鵅也廣雅鵂鶹鳩鵄也亦恠鳥也關西名訓侯山東名訓狐纂文云夜則拾人爪也）。

鵂鶹 [Collared owlet] (xǔ plus niú fanqie; the lower character is lì plus zhōu fanqie. Character dictionaries state: "The xiūliú is the gōuluò [owl]." The Guangya states: "The xiūliú is the jiūchī [owl]; it is also a strange bird. In Guānxi it is named xùnhóu; in Shāndōng it is named xùnhú." The Zhuanwen states: "At night it gathers people's fingernails").
