縈繞（上瑩營反毛詩云縈旋也說文牧韏也從糸從熒省聲下而沼反說文繞纏也從糸堯聲）。

縈繞 (The upper [character] has the fanqie 瑩 + 營. The Mao shi says: '縈 means to encircle.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'Entangling like tending [cattle]; composed of 糸 with an abbreviated 熒 as phonetic component.' The lower [character] has the fanqie 而 + 沼. The Shuowen jiezi says: '繞 means to wrap around; composed of 糸 with 堯 as phonetic component').
