戶牖（由久反說文云穿壁以木為交䆫也譚長以為甫上日也非戶也牖所以見日也從片從戶甫聲也）。

Hùyǒu [戶牖, doors and windows] (Yǒu has the fanqie yóu + jiǔ. The Shuowen jiezi states: 'Chiseling through a wall and using wood to make a latticed window.' Tan Zhang considered it to mean the sun rising above; it is not a door. A window [牖] is that through which the sun is seen. It is formed from piàn 片 and hù 戶, with fǔ 甫 as the phonogram).
