噬䐡（上時制反下音齊杜注左傳云噬齧也言如人自噬其䐡終無及者亦如妄人妄竊因地䊸曲以求菩提若噬䐡人不可成就）。

Biting one's own navel (噬䐡) (the first character has the fanqie 時制反; the second character has the pronunciation 齊. Du [Yu's] commentary on the Zuo zhuan says: “噬 means to bite.” This refers to how if one tries to bite one's own navel, one can never reach it; it is likewise like a deluded person falsely attempting to pursue bodhi through crooked and devious causes—just like someone trying to bite his own navel, it can never be accomplished).
