㱇㱇 (pronounced with the fanqie 所力 [sè]. The Tongsu wen says: "Slight fear is called 㱇." The Picang says: "㱇㱇 means fearful and terrified." The character is written with 欠; the sūtra writes 懎 or 嗇, which are incorrect forms).
