鞠育（又作掬同居六反說文掬撮也詩云母兮鞠我傳曰鞠養也方言陳楚之間謂養為鞠）。

鞠育 (also written as 掬; the same; fanqie: 居 + 六 [jū]. The Shuowen jiezi says: 'Jū means to grasp by the handful.' The Shijing says: 'Mother, who reared [jū] me.' The commentary says: 'Jū means to nurture.' The Fangyan states: 'Between Chen and Chu, nurturing is called jū').
