利鈇（方于反莝刃也亦云橫斧說文鈇莝斫也公羊傳云不忍加之鈇質是也）。

Lì-fū 利鈇 (The second character has the fanqie 方于. A hay-cutting blade; also called a transverse axe. The Shuowen jiezi says: “A fū 鈇 is a chopper for cutting fodder.” The Gongyang Zhuan says: “Could not bear to subject him to the executioner's axe and block (鈇質),” which is this.)
