為捍（又作杆同胡且反說文杆止也蔽也衛也經文作翰高飛也長也翰非此用）。

為捍 (Serving as a shield: Also written as 杆. Pronounced the same as the fanqie 胡且. The Shuowen says: '杆 means to stop, to shield, or to guard.' The scripture text writes it as 翰, which means flying high, or long; 翰 is not the correct usage here).
