Hexing sorcery (𰆪蠱: [𰆪 is pronounced] *'u-j[əu]*. The Zilin gives the sound for the second character as *g[u]*. The Zuozhuan states: "A disease like *gu* (蠱); *gu* is a delusion disease, not caused by ghosts and not caused by food, which may cause one to lose one's mind." Du Yu says: "*Gu* is a delusion disease." In the scripture text it is written as 猒頋, which is nonstandard.)
