𢧵遏（烏曷反蒼頡篇遏遮也爾雅遏止也郭璞曰今以逆相止為遏）。

𢧵遏 (the lower has the fanqie 烏曷 [w(ū) + h(é)]. The Cangjie pian states that 遏 means to obstruct. The Erya states that 遏 means to stop. Guo Pu says: nowadays using opposition to stop [something] is 遏).
