煩冤（於元反冤亦煩也屈也字從冖從兔兔為冖覆不走也故從冖經文作宛惋二形非體也）。

煩冤 (冤 has the fanqie 於元 [y(ū) + yu(án)]. 冤 also means distressed, or wronged. The character is composed of 冖 and 兔; a hare covered by 冖 cannot run, hence it takes 冖. The sūtra text has variants written 宛 and 惋, which are not the correct forms).
