缺減（大決反前第三十二卷彌勒下生成佛經中已釋下甲斬反杜注左傳云減輕也韓詩外傳少也古今正字云損也從水咸聲也）。

Deficient and reduced (缺減: the first character is pronounced with the fanqie 大 + 決 [quē], already explained previously in Fascicle 32 under the *Sūtra on Maitreya's Descent to Become a Buddha*; the second character is pronounced with the fanqie 甲 + 斬 [jiǎn]; Du Yu's commentary on the *Zuo zhuan* says *jian* (減) means lightened; the *Han shi waizhuan* says it means lessened; the *Gujin zhengzi* says it means damaged, with the semantic radical 水 [water] and phonetic 咸 [xián]).
