聽訟（佗定反聽謂察是非也訟爭也周禮以五聲聽訟求情一形二色三氣四耳五目也）。

Hearing lawsuits (聽訟: second character [訟] is tuo plus ding fanqie [sòng]. Ting [聽] means examining right and wrong; song [訟] means disputing. The Zhouli states that lawsuits are heard and facts sought using five voices/observations: first, bodily appearance; second, facial expression; third, breathing; fourth, ears; fifth, eyes).
