㧖縛（鸎革反說文正作搹搹把也亦作㧖從手戹聲戹音上同經作扼俗字也）。

㧖縛 [To seize and bind] (fanqie: 鸎 + 革. The Shuowen jiezi has the proper form as 搹: “搹 means to grasp.” It is also written as 㧖; classified under the radical 手 with the phonetic 戹. 戹 has the same pronunciation as above. In the sūtra it is written as 扼, which is a vulgar character).
