唼食（上子臘反考聲唼淺入口而味之也案唼亦似螻蟻之所食也古今正字從口妾聲亦𠯗啑並通）。

唼食 [Pecking and eating] (The first character has the fanqie: 子 + 臘. The Kaosheng says: “唼 means to take shallowly into the mouth and taste it.” Examining this, 唼 is also like the way mole crickets and ants feed. The Gujin zhengzi says: “Classified under the radical 口 with the phonetic 妾.” It is also written as 𠯗 or 啑; both are acceptable).
