牴僈（上丁禮反方言牴會也說文牴觸也從牛氐聲下蠻襻反考聲僈不敬也挍也不畏也義與嫚同也）。

牴僈 [Resistant and disdainful] (The first character has the fanqie: 丁 + 禮. The Fangyan says: “牴 means to meet.” The Shuowen jiezi says: “牴 means to butt or gore; classified under the radical 牛 with the phonetic 氐.” The second character has the fanqie: 蠻 + 襻. The Kaosheng says: “僈 means disrespectful, rivalrous, and fearless.” Its meaning is the same as 嫚).
