Serving as a raft 為橃 (fanqie: 煩 + 韈; Zishu: "A large boat in the sea"; Cangjie pian: "橃 means a raft [桴]"; Shuowen: "Analyzed as from 木 (wood) and 發 phonetic"; the sutra writes it with 木 as 栰, which is a vulgar character; it is also written as 𦪑).
