[女*(巢-果+(一/凶))]患（上猱老反考聲云[女*(巢-果+(离-禸))]憂煩也說文有所恨痛也今汝南人有所恨言大[女*(巢-果+(离-禸))]也從女惱省聲經從疒作𤺫非也字書無此字也）。

Torment and distress ([女*(巢-果+(一/凶))]患: the upper character is náo-lǎo fan; the Kaosheng says: '[女*(巢-果+(离-禸))] means sorrow and distress'; the Shuowen says: 'Having resentment and grief; people of Runan nowadays who feel resentment call it great [女*(巢-果+(离-禸))]'; it follows female with nǎo abbreviated as phonetic; the sūtra writes it with the sickness radical as 𤺫, which is incorrect; character dictionaries lack this character).
