𬱃上（上牙格反方言𬱃顙也說文從頁各聲經從客作額俗字）。

Upon the forehead (𬱃上: the upper character is yá + gé [é]. The Fangyan says: "É means forehead (顙)." The Shuowen says: it is formed with yè 頁 ("head") and gè 各 as phonetic component. The sūtra writes it with kè 客 as 額, which is a popular character).
