腦膜（上猱老反古今正字惱頭中髓也從肉[甾-十+乂]聲下恾博反說文云[冉-工+又]閒膜從[冉-工+又]莫聲猱音奴刀反）。

Brain membrane (腦膜: the upper character is náo + lǎo [nǎo]. The Gujin zhengzi says: "Nǎo is the marrow inside the head." It is formed with ròu 肉 ("flesh") and [甾-十+乂] as phonetic component. The lower character is máng + bó [mò]. The Shuowen says: "Membrane between the flesh." It is formed with radical ròu [冉-工+又] and mò 莫 as phonetic component. Náo is nú + dāo [náo]).
