𤑏煑（古文[偪/心][(大/禾)*(ㄆ/田)]二形同扶逼反方言𤑏火乾也關西隴冀以往謂之𤑏說文以火乾肉曰𤑏）。

Roasting and boiling (𤑏煑: ancient script has the two forms [偪/心] and [(大/禾)*(ㄆ/田)]; fu and bi fan; the Fangyan says: '𤑏 means drying by fire; west of the Pass, past Long and Ji, it is called 𤑏'; the Shuowen jiezi says: 'Drying meat with fire is called 𤑏').
