烹肉（普羹反烹煑也方言烹熟也嵩岳以南陳頴之間曰烹儀禮凡煮於鑊中曰烹於鼎曰外也）。

Pengrou 烹肉 ([the former is pronounced with the] fanqie 普羹 [pǔ + gēng/*pʰæŋ/pēng]. Peng 烹 means to boil. The Fangyan says: 'Peng 烹 means cooked; south of Mount Song, between Chen and Ying, it is called peng 烹.' The Yili says: 'Whenever boiling in a cauldron, it is called peng 烹; in a tripod, it is called wai 外').
