挑施 (stirring up charity / offering; the first character is pronounced with the fanqie 眺 and 彫 [=tiāo]. The Shenglei says: '挑 means to stir.' The Zishu says: 'To poke.' The Shuowen jiezi states that it takes 手 as semantic component and 兆 as phonetic component).
