躑（下呈石反顧野王躑舉足而不進也說文住足也踦也或作蹢也古今正字從足鄭聲）。

Hesitating / trampling (躑: the second character is fanqie 呈 + 石. Gu Yewang says: "Zhi [躑] means lifting the foot without advancing." The Shuowen jiezi says: "To halt one's steps; to limp." It is also written as 蹢. The Gujin zhengzi says it takes 'foot' [足] as signific and 'zheng' [鄭] as phonetic).
