薄蝕（補莫反下神軄反小爾雅薄近也漢書曰月薄蝕韋昭日氣往迫之曰薄虧毀曰蝕如虫食草木葉落也）。

Approaching eclipse (baoshi; fanqie: 補 + 莫 [b- + -o → bo]; the second character: fanqie: 神 + 軄 [sh- + -i → shi]; the Xiao Erya states: bo means close; the Book of Han states: 'The moon approaches eclipse'; Wei Zhao says: 'When solar qi presses against it, it is called bo; when it is diminished and destroyed, it is called shi, like insects eating grass and tree leaves so they fall').
