毘瑟弩天（梵語亦言毗搜紐天此當幻惑義此天有大威德乘金趐鳥行行時有輪以為前導欲破即破無有能當也）。

The god Viṣṇu (in Sanskrit; also called god *Viṣṇu; here it corresponds to the meaning of "illusion and deception"; this god has great awe-inspiring virtue, travels riding a golden-winged bird [garuḍa], and when he moves, a wheel serves as his advance guide; whatever he wishes to destroy, he immediately destroys, and none can resist him).
