惡䓶（下此漬反郭注爾雅莿茦針也木𦬆也方言凡草木㓨人謂之刺也文字典說從艸刺聲論作剌誤也）。

惡䓶 "Fierce thorns / thistles" (The lower character has the fanqie 此漬 [cì]. Guo's commentary to the Erya says: '莿 (thorns) and 茦 (prickles) are needles; thorns on wood.' The Fangyan says: 'In general, plants and trees that prick people are called 刺.' The Wenzidian Shuo states it is composed with 艸, with 刺 as its phonetic component. The treatise writes it as 剌, which is an error).
