澣衣（桓管反鄭箋毛詩云澣謂濯也劉兆注公羊傳云濯生練曰漱𥸮陬反去舊垢曰澣說文從水幹聲論文從水從完俗字也）。

Huànyī 澣衣 (washing clothes) (Fanqie 桓管 [huǎn]. Zheng's Commentary on the Mao Odes states: "Huàn 澣 means to rinse (zhuó 濯)." Liu Zhao's commentary on the Gongyang zhuan states: "Rinsing raw unboiled silk is called shù 漱 [fanqie 𥸮陬 [shù]]; removing old dirt is called huàn 澣." The Shuowen states: "Taking 水 as classifier and 幹 as phonetic." In the treatise text, it is written with 水 and 完 as a popular character [浣]).
