如篾（眠結反埤蒼云析竹膚也聲類篾𥵨也今蜀土及閞中皆謂竹篾為𥵨音彌析音思歷反字從斤分木為析今俗作析皆從斤也）。

Rúmiè 如篾 (like bamboo strips) (Fanqie 眠結 [miè]. The Picang states: "Splitting the skin of bamboo." The Shenglei states: "Miè 篾 means biē 𥵨." Nowadays in the lands of Shu and Guanzhong, bamboo splints (miè) are called biē 𥵨, pronounced mī [fanqie 彌析 [mī]]. The character析 has the fanqie 思歷 [xī], and takes 斤 as classifier: splitting wood is xī 析. Popular usage nowadays writes xī as 析, all taking 斤 as classifier).
