Jīzhù 機杼 (loom and shuttle) (Fanqie 丈與 [zhù]. The Zilin states: "The shuttle on a loom that holds the weft." Nowadays in popular speech the shuttle (zhù 杼) is called chéng 筬; chéng is pronounced chéng 成. The Picang states: "A chéng 筬 is a bamboo shuttle").
