罰黜（又作絀同耻律反小罪曰罰廣雅黜㡿也亦放也退也）。

Penalized and dismissed (also written 絀, the same, *chǐ-lǜ* fanqie; minor offences are called 罰. The Guangya says: '黜 means to reject; it also means to banish, to demote.')
