Neighing sound (嘶聲, [嘶 is] also written as 𧬊, pronounced with the fanqie *su* + *xi*; the *Shuowen jiezi* states that *si* (嘶) is a sorrowful sound; the *Fangyan* states that *si* means choking, or a dispersed sound).
