鬱烝（於物反下之媵之升二反尓雅鬱盛氣也說文烝火氣上行也謂熱氣烝出上升也）。

Sweltering and steaming (鬱烝: [鬱 has] the fanqie 於 + 物 [yù]; the second character [烝] has the two fanqie 之 + 媵 and 之 + 升 [zhèng / shēng]. The Erya says: '鬱 means abundant vapor.' The Shuowen says: '烝 means the vapor of fire rising upwards.' It means hot vapor steaming forth and rising upwards).
