噦噎（又作啘同於越反下一結反通俗文氣逆曰噦塞喉曰噎也）。

Belching and choking (噦噎: also written 啘; both have the fanqie 於 + 越 [yuè]; the second character [噎] has the fanqie 一 + 結 [yē]. The Tongsuwen states: 'Reversal of qi is called 噦; obstruction of the throat is called 噎').
