葅鮓（側於反下莊雅反鮓淹菜為藏魚笋為鮓周禮供五齏七葅鄭玄曰細切為齏全物若[腊-日+木]為葅中國皆言齏江南悉名葅[腊-日+木]音治輒反或作苴子餘反誤也）。

Pickled and salted delicacies (葅鮓: [葅 has] the fanqie 側 + 於 [jū]; the second character [鮓] has the fanqie 莊 + 雅 [zhǎ]. 鮓: pickled vegetables kept in storage; fish and bamboo shoots [pickled] are 鮓. The Rites of Zhou speaks of providing five relishes and seven pickles. Zheng Xuan says: 'Finely minced is 齏; whole items like dried meats are 葅.' In the Central Plains everyone says 齏; in Jiangnan they are all called 葅. The character [腊-日+木] is pronounced with the fanqie 治 + 輒 [zhé]. Some write it as 苴 with the fanqie 子 + 餘 [jū], which is erroneous).
