振恤（古文𢈫[搥-(這-言)]二形同諸胤反小爾雅振救也說文振舉也下又作卹同私聿反說文恤收也憂也振恤憂貧）。

Relieving and aiding (振恤: ancient characters write this as 𢈫 and [搥-(這-言)]; both have the fanqie 諸 + 胤 [zhèn]. The Xiao Erya says: '振 means to rescue.' The Shuowen says: '振 means to raise up.' The second character is also written 卹; both have the fanqie 私 + 聿 [xù]. The Shuowen says: '恤 means to collect; to worry about.' 振恤 means to worry about and relieve the poor).
