Interspersed and filled (廁填: the ancient character for 填 is 窴, pronounced [徒+堅] *d-*; the Sancang says: "廁 means mixed; it means interspersed." The Guangya says: "滇 means stopped up; it also means filled." Writing it with 鈿 is incorrect here).
