焚燎（古文炃燌二形同扶雲反下又作燎同力照反說文焚燒田也字從火燒林字意也燒放火也火田為燎）。

Burn and blaze (焚燎: ancient forms are 炃 and 燌, pronounced [扶+雲] *f-*; the second character is also written 燎, pronounced [力+照] *l-*; the Shuowen says: "焚 means burning fields; the character consists of 'fire' burning 'forest', expressing its meaning." 燒 means setting a fire; firing a field is 燎).
