尸半（尸此是呪法西國有此謂呪於死尸令起煞人半尸者呪令起坐令起尸鬼煞人故半尸）。

Ardha-vetāla (尸半: this is a method of incantation found in the Western Regions. It refers to enchanting a dead corpse to make it rise and kill people. An 'ardha-vetāla' (half-corpse) is one enchanted to sit up, causing a vetāla corpse-demon to kill people; hence it is called a half-corpse).
