勞來（郎到反下力代反慰勞也廣雅勑勤也勞來不迨也或有作賚賜與也賚非此義也）。

Console and encourage (勞來: pronounced [郎+到] *l-*; the second is pronounced [力+代] *l-*; it means to comfort and console. The Guangya says: "勑 means to exert oneself; 勞來 means not falling behind." Some write it as 賚, meaning to bestow, but 賚 is not the meaning here).
