幽縶（知立反詩傳曰縶絆也謂拘執也兩手不相過也謂之縶也）。

Confined and shackled [幽縶] (zhi + li [=zhí] in fanqie. The commentary on the Shijing says: 'Zhi [縶] means fettered.' It refers to being arrested and bound, where both hands cannot pass beyond each other; this is called zhi).
