龍腦香（案西域羯布羅香樹松身異葉花果亦別初採既溼尚未有香木乾之後修理而析其中有香狀若雲母色如氷雪此謂龍腦香也）。

Borneol / camphor (龍腦香: examining the karpūra incense tree of the Western Regions, its trunk resembles a pine but its leaves are different, and its flowers and fruit are also distinct; when first gathered it is moist and has no aroma yet; after the wood dries, it is prepared and split open, and within it is an incense shaped like mica and coloured like ice and snow; this is what is called dragon-brain incense [龍腦香]).
