勃惡（蒲沒反禮記鄭玄注云勃逆也說文云勃亂也下阿各反說文云惡過也從心亞聲經文多從覀作𢙣者俗字）。

Turbulent and wicked (勃惡) (The first character has the fanqie pu + mo [b-]. Zheng Xuan's commentary on the Liji says: 'Bo (勃) means rebellious.' The Shuowen says: 'Bo means chaotic.' The second character has the fanqie e + ge [è]. The Shuowen says: 'E (惡) means fault; derived from xin (heart) with ya as phonetic.' In sūtra texts it is often written with 覀 as 𢙣, which is a vulgar character).
