蔑戾車（上眠鼈反次蓮結反下齒遮反此邊方梵語訛略不正也正梵音應云畢㗚（二合）嗟此譯為貪樂垢穢之物邊方下賤不信正法之人也）。

Mleccha (蔑戾車) (The first character has the fanqie mian + bie [m-]; the next has lian + jie [l-]; the last has chi + zhe [ch-]. This is an inaccurate, corrupt abbreviation of the Sanskrit spoken in peripheral regions. The correct Sanskrit sound should be mleccha. Translated here as 'those who covet and delight in defiled filth', base and lowly people of the border regions who do not believe in the True Dharma).
