目眩瞖（慧絹反賈逵曰眩惑也蒼頡云視之不明了也下嬰曳反經文中作𥊇不成字也）。

Blurred vision and cataracts (目眩瞖) (The second character has the fanqie hui + juan [x-]. Jia Kui says: 'Xuan (眩) means confused.' Cang Jie says: 'Seeing unclearly.' The third character has the fanqie ying + ye [y-]. In sūtra texts it is written 𥊇, which does not form a proper character).
