潰爛（上黃外反說文云潰漏也韻英云散也下勒旦反方言云火熟曰爛也）。

Festered and rotten (潰爛): The first character is read with the fanqie 黃 + 外. The Shuowen says: '潰 means to leak.' The Yunying says: 'To disperse.' The second character is read with the fanqie 勒 + 旦. The Fangyan says: 'What is cooked soft by fire is called 爛.'
