忻樂（上許斤反司馬法曰善者善之忻人之善或作欣訴三體竝同埤蒼忻察也）。

Rejoicing and delight [忻樂] (the upper character is xu + jin fan [xin]. The Sima fa states: 'Regard good as good, and rejoice in the good of others.' Also written as 欣 or 訢; the three forms are all the same. The Picang says: 'Xin means to inspect.')
