髆骨（補各反說文云髆肩甲也從骨尃芳無反聲也經中有從肉作膊普各反者非也）。

Shoulder-blade bone (髆骨): Read with the fanqie 補 + 各. The Shuowen says: '髆 is the shoulder blade. It derives from 骨 with 尃 (read with the fanqie 芳 + 無) providing the phonetic.' That written in the sūtra with 肉 as 膊 (read with the fanqie 普 + 各) is incorrect.
